How to Order
To place an order you need to login before you can access the ordering pages.
This website is available to trade professional only and login usernames and passwords are created by Pro-Optic.
If you already have a Pro-Optic account you can login using your Accout Number as your Username (capitals without spaces) and your telephone number as your password (omitting the first ‘0’). Once logged in please go to the HELP section, click on Modify Account and add your email address, please also tick the On Site News box at the bottom of the form. You will then be able to receive confirmation emails, news and special offers. Passwords can also be changed at anytime should you wish.
Once logged in, simply select the frame type you require, choose the colour, click again to select the item and 'add to order' this takes you to a summary page, from here you can select 'Add more items' or 'Place order'. Your order will be created, emailed to Pro Optic and copied to your email address and your order history. You can also log into your account at any time to check your order history /print copies change your password etc, through the HELP section.

To login simply use your Pro-Optic account number as your Username and for your password please use your telephone number with the initial 0 removed

Username = 3-DEC-R (no spaces)
Password = 1453821145
e.g.2
Username = P09JHGF8 (no spaces)

OOA - Order On Approval is restricted to 3 frames per order.
If you are a professional and would like to open an account - please complete the contact form and select the appropriate dropdown. Once your account has been created by Pro Optic you will be emailed with you username and password. Your address, account number etc will all be entered in the system for you.
